Jason Fried of 37signals with a new way to approach prioritizing in product development:

Much of the tension in product development and interface design comes from trying to balance the obvious, the easy, and the possible. Figuring out which things go in which bucket is critical to fully understanding how to make something useful.

This is in contrast to high, medium, and low priority. This is prioritizing with a user-centered approach, while high, medium, and low serves the person building the product. It’s all about the mindset and asking the right questions.
