Breaking News! I’ve added comments on to the site.

It’s absolutely going against the grain of writers like John Gruber who want to control every pixel on the site. However, I believe communities are empowering.

I realized a few months ago that I’ve been a conversation junkie since I was a kid, before even Twitter or Facebook. When I was in 2nd or 3rd grade I started posting on Usenet newsgroups (remember those?). In late elementary school, I turned into a message board junkie, working on systems like vBulletin and UBS. I want this site to be an extension of those services that connected me with like fascinating people that I developed relationships with.

What’s amazing is the community that sprouts up and the amazing discussions that happen. I believe in that power, and hope to turn this site into a dialog on the content that I share. I make many assertions that I want to be challenged on. Often times co-workers will strike up a conversation with me on something I posted. Relationships are built.

So if you’re an RSS subscriber, be sure to click on through occasionally if you find something interesting and let me know. Challenge what I say. Express your views.

I look forward to getting to know all of you.
